Do suspensions extend into the postseason?

The best player for one of the teams in my fictional league lost its best player to a five-game suspension just two days before the postseason is about to begin. Will he be ineligible for the first three games of the playoffs? I haven't advanced to the next day, so if he will be suspended, is there a way I can override it?

You can edit it to 0. Or reset all Injury and IL status using league functions.
I edit a lot of things, but making a player eligible for postseason is not one of them. Although I reset fatigue at the beginning of the playoffs. But you do you, no judgment here.

Yeah, usually I wouldn't mess with it, but I don't know, is it realistic for the MLB to suspend a team's best player into the playoffs? I'm only thinking of overriding it because I'm not sure that would really happen. On the other hand, the other player got an 11-game suspension, so it must have been a hell of brawl.
