As I finish my first v26 season I have to say the dynamic scoreboards added more immersion/enjoyment to the game than I thought they would. Well done.

You pair up the dynamic scoreboards with that great mod that adds authentic stadium advertisements, and the backdrop of these stadiums begins to look freaking amazing and immersive.

The All-Star voting logic is nonsensical sometimes. At the first week of voting, I've got Freddie Freeman hitting .296/.328/.543 with 11HR. Also Edwin Diaz as my closer with a 2-0 13sv 0.00era 24k. Both extremely popular ratings. Neither one of them got listed for the voting, yet my bum nobody middle reliever with 5 innings of work and a era around 6 is there. Why lol. Wish I could add to that list.

One request for OOTP27 which would help some online leagues, add the possibility for a MAX AAV on any contract and/or other limits on contracts (bonuses, etc.). We added max contract length but max $$$ would be nice to prevent some teams from just creating ridiculous contracts before the bail on a league. Anything that helps online leagues from having to make "extra" rules managed outside of the game in order to keep their leagues somewhat realistic and protected from bad actors.

Why is there virtually no difference in the L/R splits for every hitter. I started at 2025 replay and hitters that have huge splits have miniscule ones in this game. Is there somewhere in Settings that I haven't checked? It should be automatic in my mind. For instance on the Detroit Tigers Andy Ibanez cannot hit right handed pitching in real life in OOTP he can. Kerry Carpenter can't hit left handed pitching yet virtually no difference in his L/R ratings. What the heck is up?

It is beyond my belief that someone who works at OOTP has not commented on the lack of L/R totally unrealistic splits. It makes OOTP a joke. Such an amazing platform and database yet they totally ignore an integral part of the game. It makes it like APBA in the 1960's.

Based on the lack of recent responses, it seems that the core OOTP team all went on vacation at the same time.

Obviously, they don't care. Very sad really. There are other crazy things that pop up in this game. I did a historical league where random players from 1910 to 2010 were drafted onto teams. I had Al Kaline on my team when he was in his 20's. On a scale of 1 to 100 Kaline's arm was rated 55. I was playing a game against a team that had Mickey Rivers on it. Rivers' arm was rated 91. Who inputted numbers like that? A total embarrassment to this game. Another I laughed at was I thought I would take over the Colorado Rockies at their beginning in 1993 and see what I could do. For the first season the owner's expectation was to win the World Series in two seasons. OMG, seriously? I disabled the manager can get fired aspect. Then in the first season the average attendance was around 14,000. In real life the Rockies averaged over 60,000 per game. The money from the attendance and concessions per game helped the Rockies sign free agents in the coming season. In OOTP, which is supposed be realistic, it was impossible and I abandoned that waste of time. So who exactly are the developers that allow such ridiculous and unrealistic stats into their game?? It seems to me they must be just computer nerds and geeks that know absolutely nothing about baseball.

For all the complaining, I'm wondering why nobody is instead playing the amazing game that is obviously better than this one.
