South Africa U20 National team seems to pick up overage players for U20 tournament.

This bug seems to be in FHM12 too.

S. Africa U20 break rules and pick up overage players.

Seems to be something odd going on with the South Africans not getting assigned to their generic league, too. Might be related, we'll investigate.

If you check there is potentially same issue with Luxembourg U20. They don't select players from generic league and otherwise win tournaments with unrealistically good players.

We fixed this now (other U20 had the same problem).
