No "Roster Builder" button on OOTP GO

I I cannot figure out how to set rosters in the app version of the game.

I open Perfect Team mode
Click "Show All Tournaments"
Click "Rosters"
On that screen it says "No saved rosters found. Please use the CREATE NEW ROSTER function to set up new tournament roster" but I cant find that funtion anywhere in the app.

I am attaching a screen shot. Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out. I added players throught the manage cards screen. Its been a while since I played so I forgot how.
