The PBA is in the our 29th Season and begins the search for a new GM.
We're considered a fast paced league, running 4 to 5 seasons within a calendar year.

What we offer is this:

If you're looking for a STABLE league: ,

Openings in this league are rare, with this being the first since the 2045 season, also the first for OOTP 26. 18 of our 24 GMs have been in the league 5+ seasons and we still have 10 original GMs.
You're time, effort and investment won't be wasted

If you're looking for a CHALLENGING league:

We've had 9 different Champions over the last 10 seasons, and 11 in the last 13 seasons.
Rosters can be adjusted and tinkered with quickly here and a playoff run can be made without the need of a decade of rebuilding, we're the league for you

If you're looking for a REALISTIC & COMPETITVE league, we have that too. [INDENT]Our league has seen MULTIPLE playoff spots regularly up for grabs heading into our final SIM's over the last in the last 10 seasons.
Revenue Sharing has had 7 of the lowest percentage rates in the last 10 years.
The Spread from the Most Wins in a season to the Most Losses has also seen 7 of our most competitive seasons in the last 10 years

For example our 2045 season saw our best team win 101 games (.623) and our worst team lost 97 games (.401) for a spread of .222, and our 2nd most competitive season.

Rules & Settings: 1-100 Ratings Scale; Coaching & Scouts - Highly Accurate; DH in both leagues; Injury Level Low; Participation Point System; 4 levels of minors plus International Complex;

Our Resume:

• A Partnership Program, where, based on tenure, you have a louder voice in the league with
• Voting Shares - based on tenure in the league, The more time in our league, the louder your voice will be heard. We want to make sure the league you sign up for on Day 1, is the same league you'll be in in year 100.
• EVERY LEAGUE RULE and setting in the Game & Constitution was voted on, going all the way back to our inaugural season and initial game settings
• EXPORTING - 15 Seasons (of 28 completed) over 90%; EVERY season has had a >85% Export Rate. The last 6 consecutive seasons have seen an 87% or better
  
• There are two Executive Orders (EO) allowing the Commissioner discretion in handling very specific situations - Trading and Tanking.
  
  These EO's allow the Commissioner to go on a case by case basis, versus a very black and white rule.
  Discretion, and thoughtfulness is taken into account in each and every situation.

WHAT WE WANT:

• My goal here is creating an environment for GM's to be here long term.
• An ability to be ACTIVE in the league (i.e. exporting regularly & Slack Usage, take part in polls, rule votes, ballots -specifically Hall of Fame, All Star and End of Season voting)
• A desire to compete against the some of the best and most competitive GM's in OOTP universe
• Would like to build a competitive and championship caliber franchise from top to bottom
• Wants to be have a feeling of community, fraternity, and fellowship
• Wants to be part of a REAL baseball experience
• Finally, someone who doesn't think the only way to compete is to lose 110 games a season.

• latest and greatest version of OOTP
• COMPUTER KNOWLEGE - an ABILITY to follow instructions on how to setup a league on your computer (...2 potential GM's couldn't get past this step :shrug:
• ability to learn / know how to use SLACK - ALL league communication is done via SLACK.
• a passion for baseball & general knowledge of baseball's administrative rules

You do not have to come to us with a cabinet full of trophies and/or accomplishments, just a willingness to compete, play with integrity, make new friends to banter with, and if you don't know OOTP league play - then have an ability to ask questions. Rookies to OOTP are welcome in the PBA

We have a veteran and young group of GM's that are more than willing to share tips, tricks, tactics, strategy's and overall knowledge of the game, league, and OOTP.

I've been in PBA for 4+ seasons now and I can also vouch that it is a well organized, well run, and challenging league (in a fun way) to be a part of. The commissioner is a great communicator and keeps the league running smoothly. The other GMs are also dedicated and active. Of all the leagues I am in, PBA has the least amount of GM turnover that I've seen, which doesn't surprise me based on how active everyone is here.
