It seems that you said, after obviously having seen post 922 in this thread, that if you ever changed Glasco's team name to the Celtics, in post 923 of this thread, that you'd use the items posted in that post for them in your IPA, in truth. It was on May 10, 2021 that you said that. I hope you do so, but if you don't, then that's fine with me too. I have now posted modified versions of those items seen in post 922 of this thread using the Uncial Antiqua font for them instead of the originally-used Legrand font. Just a reminder, that's all, you see. Do as you wish, of course. Thanks for your time and all, in any case. CD, thanks for your creations... the AI logos are really nice... but they are too complex in design... they will not show on the screen well in OOTP... fancy designs just don't look good at the small sizes used in OOTP.

It looks like I will just use the Glasco Celtics i created... I don't anyone on the Mods Forum will do them.

Okay, EC, do as you wish, but I was still hoping that you'd actually use the items in post 922, as you said you'd do, if you'd ever change Glasco's team name to the Glasco Celtics just like you did just a bit ago, that I posted in this thread more than four and a half years ago. I'll see what I can find that might work for you, or try to somehow get created here or elsewhere as needed. And while many may use 150x150 images for both primary and secondary logos, for instance, I still believe, even though my latest played version of OOTP is still OOTP 22, that 300x300 logos still work, at least in terms of primary logos for teams and/or leagues and all. Any suggestions for books to read that I may not have read before or acquired copies of, by the way? Especially if they're classic novels, for instance? Just wondering, that's all. CD out.

Personally, I would choose any of those names... I would choose a name that is more positive than those you list that related to crime elements.... the best name I have seen that include the crime image is "Hitmen"... that has a double meaning... bot as an assasin and also a baseball term... "hit".

I think I have seen logos and jerseys for the Chicago Hitmen on this forum.

CD, Yes, you did a fine job on those jerseys in post 922... you did them in a traditonal style and in Green and White... excellent font. colors and design... these unis are some of the best work I have seen you dlo... you did not use your usual choice of style and colors, which imho are not traditonal and in my taste, but that is the style and colors choices that you prefer. I understand where you are coming from... we all want things done the way we want them.

I just prefer the Glasco Celtics that I did.

Thanks again for the time you have spent trying to help me. But as you know EC is very hard to please when it comes to graphics. knuckler, txarnger and about 10 other skilled graphics people spoiled me and did graphics for my Islandian Pro Alliance dynasty and did them according to my pretty specific instructions as far as colors and images.

Those days are gone forever... that was the Good Old Golden Days of Graphics here on the Mods Forum..

You could just put them in your alternate items slots, just like you can do with other IPA franchises' alternate slots in relation to items you've used before for those franchises. As you approach 100 years for the IPA, you could do that periodically, for the various franchises in your IPA, in order to show those of us who weren't around in its early years what each IPA franchise periodically wore in its history, for that matter. It would be nice to see at least some, if not all, of the earlier-used graphical offerings for each franchise that people like txranger and knuckler, among others, have periodically created for your own IPA's teams, if they haven't already done so before. Just a suggestion. Like what Glasco actually wore when they were the Athletics, for example, if you still have those graphics around to show us all here somehow, that is. CD out.

Try using assorted alternate uniforms and caps and logos for your various IPA teams, in whatever style they're in, whether you've made them or other people have, if you like and can, at various times. You might just find certain things to be rather interesting here, more than you have in the past, and maybe, if people see your IPA's players in those uniforms and caps, they might be more interested in your IPA as it approaches its century mark, whether or not you continue the dynasty past 100 seasons, I think. You don't have to stay with just home and away uniforms anymore, you see. Just a thought you might want to consider, for each of your teams. That way, you can do throwbacks for your teams, using items they once wore, for rivalry games, for instance. CD out.

Looks like the rebrand helped Glasco do better this past IPA season, somehow. Could it inspire them to do even better, if they get good players next season, et cetera, somehow? I wonder. Looks like Hillsboro stunk too, and didn't really blaze at all, for that matter.

Would anyone perhaps be interested in creating at least some retrofuturistic looks for several classic MLB teams for me that's directly related to an idea I'm currently considering for my next OOTP 22 save, if I create another one, somehow? I was just thinking of perhaps creating yet another OOTP 22 dynasty save on or around my birthday in about two weeks, most likely starting the save in question from either 1871 or 1901, if possible.

The dynasty world in question would possibly be a world where computers of a sort, for instance, might be invented much earlier than they likely were in our known real-world timeline. So instead of computers being invented by circa 1971 or so, they'd be invented by circa 1871 or so, more or less.

I'd probably want looks for at least the 16 Classic Teams, if not also the Expansion-Era franchises, plus two others. However, much like with FuzzyRussianHat's latest scenario, teams are not going to move, for instance. At least among the first 16 franchises, if not the first 32 franchises I was considering for this save. I was thinking that if I could get help from at least four designers, they could each do a certain number of teams apiece, for the 16 or 32 MLB teams I might have in the save here, up to eight teams per designer, more or less. Like one could handle the AL teams, one the NL teams, one the FL teams, and one the CL teams.

As for what I've been mainly doing for about the last month or so, I've been mainly working on G&K:THOS, going to the library a lot, and shooting hoops a lot, hitting shots with both hands, in truth, among other things I've been doing since my last post in this thread, at least, folks. And I've also been ordering caps and books and music and other things online periodically too, for that matter.

I've been getting books such as Rob Roy, for instance, over the last month or so, and I've picked up several good musical recordings, including music by Johnny Cash, for example. Although I still haven't been able to find and/or buy any of Duane Decker's Blue Sox books yet, if I'll eventually be able to do so later, unfortunately.

Will talk more later, as possible and all, I'm sure. I'll actually be 53 years old on February 11th, in about two weeks, and this will unfortunately be the first birthday that my Dad won't actually be around in my life for me in this world, of course, but it is what it is, you know, folks. At least he's Home now, and at peace, Home with Jesus, until his body rises to meet the Lord in the air, and reunites with his spirit and all, if I'm not too mistaken here, once and for all. CD out.

That was roughly six months ago, when my Dad actually left this world of ours, remember, EC? I'm still working on getting a good deal of new merchandise in book and music form, et cetera. I got half a dozen books today in the mail, I believe, including a Hebrew-English dictionary, for instance. Although said Hebrew-English dictionary didn't have Hebrew words transliterated in it, to be sure. And I even ordered some assorted caps too from three MiLB teams, including for the Memphis Redbirds, for example. May order more things soon, at my brother's suggestion and all, for that matter. jbird, I can't do logos without AI help, it seems, at least in part. But maybe if I get some help with such matters, either from AI or human sources, somehow, I might be able to do sufficiently useful uniforms and/or caps in the near future. I've been rather busy of late, however, with various matters, in truth, including still coping with the loss of my Dad roughly six months ago, and trying to figure out where I might be living and what I might be doing in the near future for myself in my life, for instance.

I might have to relocate yet again in my life and all, sometime soon, but hopefully not within at least the next couple of months, if not longer than that, in any case. If that's the case, then maybe I still might actually have at least some more time to hopefully adjust better to certain things that might eventually come to happen for me and others in my life in the near future, you see. Whether those things are wanted or not, of course. CD out.
