What's the deal with Lindor? Saw something saying him and Soto didn't exactly get along. Then today I heard some cat saying McNeil and Lindor weren't exactly best of friends. Of course, maybe this not getting along stuff is the new trend, as I also saw a deal saying the Rangers dealt Semien away because he didn't get along with Seager. Is real life baseball turning into OOTP with a bunch of players with frown faces on their playcard?

Mike Tauchman plays like a drunk in the outfield. I've never seen him this close and regularly, and it's woeful.

Of course the Mets are absolutely gonna put him on the Opening Day roster.

A third baseman that's not a third baseman, a first baseman that's not a first baseman, a second baseman that's not a second baseman, so far no mention of no basemen Vientos and Baty, and oh, it's only the second game of the season.

Only thing missing is Luis Castillo failing to one-hand a pop and waving home the winning runs for the Yanks.

Dreadful pitching (eight walks, couple hit batters), harmless offense (can't even count all the runners frittered away in scoring position), and a breathtakingly stupid send of Lindor that finally costs the game altogether in the bottom of the tenth. He was out by a furlong.

Early signs are that there will be trouble...

Mets get saved by a thunderstorm? That's what I gathered from googling for the St. Louis weather.

Thankfully I noticed the "delayed start" marker on the MLB page just in time to throw on the Rangers-Orioles game to deeply sigh whenever Brandon Nimmo, but especially Peeeeeeete Alonso is on screen.
