Colorize plus way more. It's rapidly becoming my "swiss army knife" for photo manipulation. You can't do everything but what you can do takes very little effort. There are multiple "pay" tiers but there is also a free one which is all I have needed so far. There are a bunch of recent youtube videos that showcase all kinds of use cases.
