The Franchise Baseball League has an opening

We are in the 2038 offseason and a few sims away from spring training and have the following opening...

Texas Rangers - Finished 87-75 and earned a WildCard spot last season. Has a Top 10 farm system and is in pretty solid shape overall.

Sim Length: 7 days
Sim Schedule: Tu-Th-F-Su at 730pm EST (dailies during the offseason)
Player Ratings: 1-100
No Stars
Full Coaching System, with no Coach Poach

No multi-year extensions until after a player has been through arbitration once
6 yr max contracts
Only one Team Option is allowed, it must include a 50% buyout, and it cannot be the cheapest season of a contract
Incentives must not exceed 10% of the AAV and must be realistic; I am the sole arbiter
