Love the work here - how many stadiums that you worked on also use the dynamic scoreboards? If its only a couple, I'd rather cycle using those amongst X number of teams in a league, than having a bunch of random stadiums without the dynamic parts. I think its a cool add when it works.

Ramzavail, check the dates on his posts since March, when OOTP 26 came out. That will narrow it down.

They should all be with live scoreboards. See this post:

@Pelican I wouldn't worry about the pop-ups. I guess that's how sites like Mediafire must operate. I made sure my files are worked on and stored in a clean computer, so there shouldn't be any virus when uploaded to Mediafire. Like Lansdowne said, he helped to get some of my stadiums on Steam Workshop. That's another way to get them.

@Ramzavail Every stadium has dynamic scoreboard (and static option if you want to keep it old-school). I had even gone back to update the older ones. Just go to each individual stadium's post and you can find download links at the very bottom.

@Nutt I just saw your post. No, the stadium is not used by a school, heh. I am almost done and you'll find out soon XD

Stadio di Baseball di Serravalle

The Serravalle Baseball Stadium is located in Serravalle, San Marino. It hosts the country's only team playing in the Italian Series A1 league. The San Marino Baseball Club had been fairly successful (3 European Cups, 6 League championships), despite being from a smaller country. As for the team's home field, I had expected to see a basic facility in a park somewhere. So I'm pleasantly surprised that Serravalle Baseball Stadium is actually very nice and much more "complete" than many other stadiums in Europe.

The most unique thing about Serravalle Baseball Stadium is the surrounding hills that start going up just across the street (on both sides). The neighborhood consists of mostly San Marino style villas and they overlook the stadium. I've thought long and hard about how to create this setting. In the end, I think making the actual 3D terrain and some of the more prominent houses is the right call. When playing a game here, it is also fun to just look around and check out some of the extra details I included. I have to say... out of everything I've done so far in Europe, this is currently my favorite model XD.

Backward compatibility (for OOTP25 and prior versions) -- edit the transparent Scoreboard_static.png file in the texture folder to have it cover up the dynamic scoreboard. Use my sample (Scoreboard_static_sample.png) if you don't want to make your own.

United United Ballpark

Baseball United has a new ballpark in Dubai! It is called Baseball United Ballpark. I was wondering if you were wanting to make it. Here is the link to the info on the stadium they published. https://www.baseballunited.com/ballpark

Yup, I have my eyes on that one. I believe they already played some exhibition games there. From the looks of things, it shouldn't be that difficult to model. As usual I always have something in the works, so this one will be slotted a little bit later.

Melbourne Ballpark

I've been watching winter baseball this year, particularly the Melbourne Aces and Baseball United. Both make it real easy to watch the games on youtube for free. Thus, I got a very close look at their stadiums, perfect for adding them into our collection. I'll start with Melbourne Ballpark here.

This stadium is located in Altona, Victoria. Seating capacity is around 5000 which includes all the standing room and picnic areas along the sides (roughly 2200 with actual seats). Throughout its history, Melbourne Ballpark has received several significant renovations since 1990, making it the best baseball stadium in Australia by a long mile.

Interestingly, in 2012, the outfield fence was moved in by 10m to increase scoring and generate more excitement for the fans. That certainly worked wonders. I think I've seen more homeruns hit here than even Coors Field! (although it's a small sample size as I've only watched about 3 games) Current dimensions are 300 feet on each side and 370 feet in CF versus 330 and 390 before. OOTP's auto-calculation results in 1.159 HR ballpark factor which looks about right.

Not sure how I feel about the Moneyball Grand Slam. I hope Rob Manfred isn't watching.

Yeah, I also don't know how I feel about that! XD Moneyball and Fireball did create some tense moments, but its still bit too gimmicky for me. I wouldn't want it in MLB, ever.

But if these innovations help to grow the game for new markets, so be it. They still have a long way to go. I hope the league can last and gradually become successful. The only way I can help is to support them by watching and making their stadium for OOTP, hahaha. Baseball United Ballpark is next on my list.

Happy holidays, Flying Canuck. Just a park for consideration even though I am sure you have a long list. Parque del Seguro Social in Mexico City, the so-called "Cathedral of Baseball" for the LMB. Thanks for thinking about it!

Great suggestion! It sounds like a meaningful project that preserves a piece of history. I think I'd never done a historical stadium in Mexico before. I'll keep this one in mind and do some research on it

And have a wonderful and Merry X'mas to you, too!

Baseball United Ballpark

Well! I got this one done before end of year... So first of all, let me wish everybody Happy New Year -- Good health and happiness in 2026!

Looks like Baseball United decided that Dubai International Cricket Stadium is not sustainable for the league (which is the correct assessment). Then they built Baseball United Ballpark in just 38 days at The Sevens complex. That's an incredible feat in itself! This ballpark features around 6,500 seats, making it the perfect size for a burgeoning league.

I watched many games during Season 1 and have a pretty good feel of the venue. It's a bit concerning to see that they had to cover up those outfield bleachers even during the championship series. Hopefully there will be a Season 2 and perhaps long-term plans to build more ballparks in UAE/India/Pakistan region. With that said, my new year's wish also extends to Baseball United - Congratulations on completing the first season and look forward to greater success in the future.

Love the design, man. Someone's gotta have a BU mod at the ready for it.

Good job Mid East Samurai... uh... I mean Falcons on winning the first championship! I was surprised but so glad to see Kawasaki. He's always fun and energetic. I've heard of him before but really got to know him during his stint with the Jays. He's still looking great and can keep playing for several more years (whether in BU or another independent league)

This is a special project for me because I spent 6 years of my life living in Montreal and really miss the Expos. Needless to say, I refuse to let them go in my game. In my alternative MLB universe, the Expos never left town and the Washington Nationals entered the league in 2005 as an expansion team. The league approved this decision based on one important condition........ that the proposed new stadium for the Expos actually gets built. And that stadium is Parc Labatt.

I use heavy reference from the concept that was announced in 1998. For the most part, the model stays true to what was shown. I did make a few changes or additions for areas that are not too clearly defined. The size of the model also has to fit the planned site bordered by Rue St. Jacques, Rue de la Montagne, Rue Notre Dame, and Rue Peel:

Compared to the cavernous Olympic Stadium, Parc Labatt is much more compact and intimate. I added a little bit more seating capacity to make it 38,000. It has a clear and beautiful view of downtown skyline in the background (similar to other MLB parks in Baltimore, Cleveland, Seattle and Pittsburgh)

Design of the stadium is up to par with modern standards. Field shape and rounded sides are a little bit like the big O. I consider that a tribute to the long time former home of the Expos. Stadium lighting system is also one of a kind. It looks like some type of new LED technology. You can achieve the same illumination and coverage without needing any large and heavy light towers (don't ask.....)

Other features include a Plaza/shopping/rest area beyond right field, a gathering place in center with a nice view into the bullpen, digital infotainment system.....etc. At night, downtown Montreal lit up like a Christmas tree. Take note that the front of the roof also has ambient lighting at night, adding to the atmosphere of the ballpark even more.

As I finish writing this long post and get ready to walk out of the stadium, there is another small touch at the exit. Hope you guys like it. LONG LIVE the EXPOS!!!!!!

This is perfect for my current game.. I started an Expos franchise from 1969 and I'm getting close-ish to 2005.. I'm keeping them in Montreal. This works perfectly.. Just gotta figure out how to use it lol

Thank you for all your hard work.
