Hiring A Manager - MLB
I did a quick search of the 26 forums, so maybe this is discussed elsewhere, what do you all look for in hiring a manager as the GM?
My owner wants a higher reputation manager and I have seen some regression, especially for veteran players, under the current skipper who is in his final contract year. We also went from 92 wins in year 1 under Kameron Loe to 76 & 77 the following 2. It could be as much my fault, but I am still curious what impact you all feel a manager hire has on development and results. Thanks! |
