Arnold Hauser of Greensboro was named Player of the Week for his AA league.

For the Bigs it was Tris Speaker, Braves, and Frank Baker, Senators.

The Superbas have climbed to #9 on the Weekly Power Rankings.

Erskine Mayer of Vandercook Lake was named Pitcher of the Month for August for his AAA league!

Doc Johnston of Portland was named Hitter of the Month for his A league!

Joe Campos of Baton Rouge won the same award for his Short A league!!!

His teammate, Raul Lozano got Pitcher of the Month accolades!

Dick Scott left the game with an ab strain. He is heading to the IL.

Roy Patterson left the game early with a hamstring strain, but we are told he will be ready by the time his next start rolls around.
