New computer, can't use existing license

I had to get a new computer and deleted all files from the old computer, but my license is still being used on my old comp. I've submitted a ticket over a week ago without a response. Can anyone help?

You should be able to use the license on two computers, but clearly something's not right there.

If you still have access to the old computer, and haven't reinstall the operating system or wiped it, you might be able to free up the license by reinstalling OOTP on it and then unlicensing it.

I'm having this same issue with my old Fast Break College Basketball game. I think it is related to the latest Windows 10 update for my 2013 purchased machine. That license has worked for over 10 years.

There hasn't been an update to Windows 10 since October. Well, unless you're paying for extended support.

In your OOTP 26 folder, you'll find a "config" folder. In it is a "key.cfg" file, which contains only your license number. Make sure that when you enter it into your new game, you copy it exactly: an inadvertent extra space or misplaced hyphen will read as an invalid license number. I speak from experience. Good luck.
