Remove elicense

Hi,
I purchased Ootp 26 and Fhm 11 as a bundle and was playing them on my laptop. Unfortunately, my laptop died and I need to get the licenses off that laptop and on to a new computer. Is there a way to do this? I don’t have access to the old laptop anymore?

Here you go. Try this. It should tell you the computer's name so just go through the process of going to that self-help Customer Portal for license issues.
