Looking For Custom Schedule
Hey folks, first post here. Fairly new player.
I have browsed the created content for a schedule, downloaded many and haven't quite found exactly what I'm looking for. It may be out there already and I missed it. I politely request the following: 30 teams, 162 games 2 subleagues, 3 divisions, 5 teams 10-12 games against other 4 teams in own division (fairly equal H/A) 4 or 6 games against other subleague's teams (2H/2A or 3H/3A) 3-4 games against the other leagues 15 teams Regular offdays (2-4/month) No homestands or roadtrips longer than 12-14 games Random but mirror of MLB game start times Season begins first Thursday on or after April 1/Season ends early October All-Star Game set for first Tuesday on or after July 4 Weekends, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and some Friday games start at 2:05 PM Custom league with teams close to each other so travel isn't an issue. |

I think the attachments in this thread are not linked in the sticky thread at the top of this forum: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=361747
Those are pretty close to the matchups breakdown. Gametimes are described for each. If they are still not quite close enough, a couple things... Exactly Memorial Day and Labor Day can not be pinned down. Best than can do is like 8th Monday of season or first Monday on or after a particular date. You mention both mirror MLB but also, besides those holidays, some Fri plus weekends with 1405 gametimes. I was not sure how to reconcile those. About the matchups counts, your ranges really have to go toward the high side to add up. E.g., (12*4)+(6*10)+(3*8+4*6+6*1)=162... per opponent, 12 intradivision, 6 interdivision, 3 interleague except 4 against six and 6 against one team. That is a little different from those attached in the thread linked above and works out nicely to a handful of 4-game series and otherwise all 3-game. Too many 2-game and 4-game series tend to make things messy if not downright untenable with the "baseball week" or two series often (though not always) with an offday. If you had any more specifics or particular priority matchup numbers that could help zero in on a particular solution.
