Softlocked in challenge mode

Hi !

I'm currently in my third season playing with the Athletics and my game is currently softlocked due to a team in Korea having a roster problem. Any ideas of what I can do to proceed further ?

You should be able to change the league rules for the KBO to alleviate the restriction.
