Need Glasco Celtics Logo Reworked

AI created this logo.... can anyone make it ready for OOTP.

I need it to be 150 x 150 pixels.

Also transparent.

I downloaded it to paint.net to try and resize. I altered it as best I could. when I downloaded to my OOTO logos folder, it was too small and not the right size as the other logos in the folder.

Would appreciate your help.
