more All-Star game options

There should be more options for the All-Star game. Specifically:
-Allowing All-Stars to be selected after the season rather than during.
-Adding All-League selections at the end of the season (either instead of or in addition the existing All-Star game)
-Support for the All-Star game for leagues with a single subleague and single division.
-Different options for what teams All-Stars are assigned to: like a "player draft" (a la the NBA All-Star game of a few years back), or by nationality (US vs the world).
-Toggle or slider for how All-Star voting is done- modern era more based on WAR or advanced metrics, earlier ears more based on counting and rate stats.

How about a post-season "All-Star Series"?

Or for old time leagues, especially mimicking something like the days of the Negro League, set up barnstorming tours throughout the western US during the winter months.. Just random teams playing random games in random cities
