Tourney Strategies

Do high ballers set it and forget it in daily/weekly tournaments?

Or do they play every game, looking at RH/LH setups, performers and laggards?

Set it and forget it after looking over what I have and what's available at least once a week. So much of it is just RNG. I can get knocked out three days in the first round and then get to the final four with the same team. Top pitcher (Variant 5, of course) will go 6-0 with a 2.00 ERA one time and then 0-3 6.00 the next.

There are undoubtedly players who obsess over every tournament and make in-game adjustments, and they probably win more often than I do, but life is bigger than OOTP, and it's usually more interesting on an eight-minute-by-eight-minute basis.
