purchasing issue.

yesterday I bought 175000 points in pt26 my banks verification box "hung" when I tried to complete my transaction. I then refreshed the page and it went to the original page, I didn't get a code but my bank took the money out of my account, anyway to maybe fix this issue. my team was the Fresno Vandals.

According to our logs your last purchase was on 6. Jun 2026 00:27 UTC, that went through fine and you redeemed the key immediately.
There is no record of another purchase after that in our system.
