Saw a Silver Tourney God doing this so ...

Strategy lets Starters do whatever but they get pulled for minor bad behavior.

2nd team steps in. (so much excess STA in game)
They can pitch for many innings unless they show weakness.

System lets highest level pitch until they f up, even under 10 pitches, then karma comes.

I love these atypical strategies for PT. Hope to find more. Do you also turn on Using SP as Relievers, and set some of your RP utilities to "Emergency SP?"

Definitely worth trying in a tournament. Thanks.

Saw interesting comments about "Stopper" as secondary.

On the flip side, V5 Randy Johnson was pulled after just one inning today.
Great but he gave up 9 runs....

Half my bullpen is starters so, in theory, they are all emergency starters, if the sliders are set correctly?

Interesting reading on the 3 batter rule, L/L R/R etc. Its where the RNG/algos decide your commands don't compute and ..... unleash the Kraken

So for giggles, I used your proposed strat in league play with a month-on, month-off cadence (that is, I changed sliders back to default every other real-life day in my current season). With your strat, I saw winning percentage go up about 2 percentage points for about 10 games in the new strat, then go down 5 percentage points, then go up 2 points in the default strat (over 15 games), and then go up 2 points when I switched back to your strat. Now that we are in the final quarter of the season, the win percentage has been leveling off, but I do see a net gain in the alternative strategy.

Edit to add: During a period where I was using this Kraken strategy, I had one of my starters throw a no hitter. Not sure how, but apparently he had the fear of God in him being hooked and pitched lights out.

I think STU PWR like VIX in world markets.

You want stability ... (all NL All Stars with 80 80 80 80)

... or violent upheaval with massive STU and 21 CON (walk every other batter)

Now enter OOTP PT tournament algos, which roll the dice every ID.

STU PWR line up in harmonic convergence every X encounters.....
