Easier accomodation for new stadia, expansion, realignment

1) Create additional stadia for us to use for current and expansion teams. You have the Vegas plans. As for the other projected new stadia (TB, KC, CWS), there are tentative plans in place, and you probably can't call them that, per se, but you could call them generic things like "new bayside stadium," "new southside stadium," "new midwest stadium," etc., so we could plop them into the game at appropriate times.

2) Same for expansion teams. There's about a dozen mock stadia you could cook up for us to then choose to plop down where we want.

3) Make it easier for us to set up expansion and realignment, either for a 32/2L/4D of 4tms or 32/2L/2D of 8 tms setup, and allow for radical realignment. This would include draft, as well as shuffling, buildup and allocation of minor leagues.
