The current Facepack image shows Bergman with the Indians, but it's hardly identifiable in its current form. Here is an alternative, picturing him as the University of Notre Dame track captain in 1915.

Been looking at this image of Danny Kaye at the M's Spring Training in 1977. I think I've been able to ID all players but one. Left to right: Bob Galasso, Tommy McMillan, Glenn Abbott, ?, Steve Braun, Juan Bernhardt.

For the mystery man, the closest I can see might be Tom House, who would fit because he was several inches shorter than Abbott and an inch taller than Braun.

Any thoughts? Have I mislabeled any of the others?

It's from the 1979 team photo in front of the Kingdome. I have a copy of the photo on the way so I'm hoping to get a slightly clearer picture of him soon.

It's definitely House. The other IDs are correct.

Very nice. There are a couple of shots of Stein in the '77 Mariners uniform, but has anyone seen him in the '81 uniform? He got a couple of innings with Seattle that year.

The poor guy died at a relatively young age from early onset Alzheimer's.

Vault releases have been suspended since March, but Topps routinely posts 20 baseball, football or other major sports images from their archives for sale on eBay. There are many still for sale from March, and it was posted that the Vault managers won't be back on the job until the 26th or so.

So once the item no longer appears on eBay (as an auction or as a completed sale) then the picture disappears unless someone saved it, correct?

Is there a place where someone has saved all of the baseball pictures released so far? Maybe in Zip files?
