Inventory of 3D Ballparks by Silvam14 and Adion

I just purchased OOTP 22.
I want to "Import OOTP 21 Game" .
My 1936 season has all silvam14's ballparks.
When I imported the 1936 season to OOTP 22 from OOTP 21 everything came up that I can see except silvam14's ballparks.
I want to still use them because they make the season come alive.
How do I get silvam14's ballparks into my OOTP 22 game from OOTP 21, or do I have to download them all over again ?

Just copy them from the 21 Models folder to the 22 Models folder.

I tried that & a pop up message said that the folder already existed.
I guess I did it wrong.
I'll try that again.

Just open the 21 models folder and select all the files, copy and the paste them into the 22 models folder.

An error message said that we didn't have permission to copy the file.
I moved the whole OOTP 21 ballpark folder into the OOTP 22 game.
Then I tried to assign ballparks from the OOTP 21 game folder to OOTP 22 (Imported Season), so far it's not working. I haven't done this in a while & I'm probably doing something wrong.

if you don't have permissions to copy the files, that's a computer security setting, you're likely not logged into an account that has permission to access those subfolders.. you also need to make sure you don't have the game or anything else that would be attempting to access any files you're trying to replace at the same time.

Moving the whole 21 folder to 22 was a mistake. You overwrote many files that are used by 22 that are different from the ones in 21. You will need to re-install 22. If you still have 21, you need to change the file permission, so you have control. Then you will be able to copy and paste the parks. Wow that's a lot of information. I will get my wife to help me because to be honest,I love Sports,Sim Sports,Baseball & OOTP but sometimes it gets pretty technical.

With the help of inside information from kcstengelsr, I have re-worked the KC Municipal stadium versions and added one new one with the 40 ft wire fence in right field.

That looks awesome! What texture are you using for the wire fence? I'm thinking about attempting to make another stadium again, which involves tall netting/fencing all around beyond the OF wall, and thought that looked fairly interesting.

If we're talking netting, though, which texture is the best to use for that?

I just used a stock fence texture that comes with sketchup

Netting is tough, not sure about what to use except maybe I can look back at what I did in Fenway

I very much remember that 40 foot fence in right field when I attended a major league game at Kansas City Municipal in 1966. Prior to today we did not have that version of the ballpark. The large "Wire Monster" had a drastic affect on home runs but I think Charlie Finley at the time had soured on the short distances test of 1964 and perhaps thought that if his team could not hit home runs that he would try to prevent the other side from hitting home runs. When baseball returned to Kansas City with the Royals in 1969 the big fence in right field was removed and so the 1969-1972 Muni works for that while the renamed 1964 Muni is proper for the shorter distance test like the 325 "Half Pennant Porch" in right. Thank you silvam for this tall fence version of KC Muni! I was there. I remember.

I playtested a game of this new "Wire Monster" in right field Municipal Stadium and placed in on YouTube so everyone can take a look at how silvam14's new creation looks and plays.

I am in the process of doing an alternate history of baseball beginning in 1955 with lots of rules like no trades for any team and equal finances for all teams. I had just finished my 1965 season and so I had teams (at least alternate versions of such) to use the "Wire Monster." I chose the Red Sox to visit KC and this exhibition game takes place after the conclusion of the Cincinnati/White Sox 1965 World Series (final game also on YouTube). The Red Sox and Athletics rosters are their end of season 1965 fellows supplemented by upcoming 1966 rookies and minus guys who retired after the 1965 season. Of course I have yet to get to the 1966 spring training so my alternate 1966 rosters are still subject to change.

Silvam, love the disks being added. Could you also add them to Olympic Stadium in Montreal? Love playing there and tried to do it myself but it looks really bad.
