Safety squeeze PBP/scoring error

I didn't think to take a screenshot, but while playing in PBP mode, the AI team tried to perform a safety squeeze, I think, with no one on first or second. The player got the bunt down, but the runner didn't break from third. The batter was thrown out at first, and the man on third stayed put, but the batter was credited with a successful sacrifice in both the PBP and the stats.

This happened to me yesterday as well: man on third, batter lays down a bunt. The PbP credited him with a successful sacrifice, but the runner on 3rd didn't move.
