Half Inning Sim Crash and System Requirements?

I don't know where I should report this, but so far, the game has crashed on me when I pressed the sim half inning button.

Also, where do I find the system requirements for the game, because it is sluggish?

Thanks for the PM Dale. I've just decided that to play OOTP2006, I will have to buy a new computer, which is probably a few months away. Until then, I am not downloading the updates, or fooling with the game. Thanks!
