Amateur draft & 'expansion' redux

Ok, so it wasn't the problem I thought it was earlier, but there is an issue I'd like to see if anyone else has.

The amateur draft isn't having the proper teams in it. There's always one team left out, and one team is listed twice, even in years after I've added teams.

Example: I added houston & new york in 1962.

The 1964 amateur draft has the red sox picking twice (#3, #6), and the mets without a pick at all (they should be in the #3) slot.

The 1965 amateur draft has the Giants picking twice (#7, #15), and the Astros not picking at all (they should be in the #1 slot, oddly occupied by the A's, who should be picking in the #7 slot)

1965 amateur draft has the dodgers picking three times (#10, #18, #19), and the white sox (who should be in the #1 slot) & cardinals (#10) not picking at all.

I do not have draft pick trading enabled, and don't see any being traded

Also noting. Media contracts for added teams are going negative years starting from when they were added, at $0, and the -3 or -4 won't save any changes to them, however the $$ amounts will save. Added teams are also not generating any merchandising revenue, or market size, fan loyalty, etc.
Merchandising revenue does not increase as time goes on.

Are you sure there is not a comprehension pick in there? Another words, a team was awarded a pick because they lost a player to free agency?

According to the game guide, compensational picks are not taken from another team, but added on at the end of the round, so even if that is occurring, there's an error.

I'll turn off that option and see what happens to try and narrow it down.

Further note: I turned off compensational picks for 1968, and Angels have 2 picks, the Tigers have 3, so that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Any chance the teams traded draft picks at some point?

No, I don't have that enabled, and I didn't see anything such as that in the transaction screen. It happens every year, and always includes at least one team that was added.

Bishop, do you still have the saved game where this occured? If so please zip up the .dat files from the folder and post a link to it here so Markus can take a look at it.

I've noted this issue for logging in TT. Thanks!
