Major League Contract - game allowed designation to minors w/o 40 man assignment

So, I imported Cubbyfan's rosters, a team waived Omar Infante, I claimed him, won the claim and placed him at Triple-A without putting him on my 40-man roster. He has a $300,000 for 2006 (the yr I am in) yet the game allowed him to go to Triple-A.

this says it is fixed but there is no TT#

Has it really been fixed?
