Not getting trade proposal messages before Spring Training

I get them during Spring training, but never before. I had 10 trade offers expire because I didn't get any sort of message saying I had any proposals.

Are you the GM or "acting as..." that makes a difference.

I am the GM, commisioner mode is off.

Guys, I don't know how else to say it (and sorry for snapping molamite), but you really HAVE to post this in Tech Support, or it will get lost unless one of us happens across it!!

Well I wasn't sure if it was a bug, or I was just doing something wrong, and I assumed it was the second one because I'm not fully familar with this game. But I'll post it in there now.
