Game Crashes While Loading Lahman Database

1- Downloaded the Lahman database to a folder inside my OOTP folder called 'Lahman53'.
2- Start a universe in 2006.
3- Chose to import data from the Lahman folder (I've tried different folders both inside and outside the OOTP folder).

Result is that importing is extremely slow and eventually the game freezes at some random point. Last time I tried it was at 40%.

Repeatableity: This happens every time I try the above steps. I have also redownloaded the Lahman files and unzipped them again to make sure that data is correct.

We've found a problem we believe with Lahman 5.3

Can you try the same with 5.1 / 5.2

I've simmed from 1901 to 1940 with Lahman 5.3, as have others (for longer) I believe. No speed problems, no crashes.
