My list

...all right it isn't that long, and I'm sure they've all been said before but anyway.

1) Every Team's "Nation" defaults back to United States on Team's "Options & Ballpark" page after setting up Fictional League in any other country. (for example - set up a league in Germany, but all the team's will have an exact city (if there is one) in the USA, as that is the country it defaults to)

2) I know this has been mentioned but imported players have unknown birthplace and are all set to being American which means OOTP 6.5 games can't be imported if you're like me and don't want to sacrifice the league's "reality" - basically what I'm saying is I want the players to be from Italy if they are from there when the league was setup in 6.5.

3) This one has been mentioned a lot already in the reports bugs but the character ó such as in San Cristóbal or Bayamón is still not correct, and is still showing as a z.

4) A zero Foreign Player Limit should be added to stop free agents joining from one league, into a league which only allows players from that nation.

5) Like others have asked for, what would be great is if we could choose where the foreign players come from in a league, through percentages of players from each country (like Cuba 10%, Puerto Rico 7% etc) - this would end the problems with having a pan-European league with players just coming from one country, and also any residual problems (if they are still around, they may not be and if so I apologise) of having players from Reunion, Andorra and Bulgaria playing in an MLB league.

Other thoughts (I realise they shouldn't go here, but I want to rant in one thread )
Playoff Qualifier Formats (and I realise that there are problems with the current playoffs with wildcards, ie. where a team plays the wildcard even if they are from the same division, but after it has been fixed, these should be considered to be added)

Top 2 in each division should return like in 6.5 (for 2 and 4 division leagues)

Top 4 in each division should be added (for 2 division sub-leagues)

Top 4 and Top 8 (NBA, NHL) in each sub-league should be added (for 1, 2, 3, 4 division sub-leagues)

No Playoffs (I know this has been mentioned that it will be in)

Top 6 (NFL-style, for 1, 2, 3, 4 divisions) - Two division winners with best record get bye

Split Season 6 (2 divisions) - First Half winner, Second Half winner, and one wildcard in each division - first half winner gets bye (California League)

Split Season 4 (1 division)/8 (2 divisions) - First Half winner, Second Half winner, and two wildcards in each division (Midwest League)

If possible (not sure it is) Exact City Search's should have "near spelling" suggestions - for example a team in Newcastle, England was not found as having an "exact city" as in the cities database it is called Newcastle-upon-Tyne (which is correct as it is the official name although not commonly used - I had to look in Explore World to find what it was called in game to be able to correct it)

Two more things:
1) You should allow us to be able to alter the postseason schedule, of the days each game is played on, like we can in 6.5.

2) Split Season Standings issues
The ideal solution for Split Season standings is that there should be separate standings for First Half, Second Half, and Overall.
A way you could organise it is like FM does with the Dutch leagues' periods where they have a tab dropdown to go to each period, and overall, standings screen separately.

(THESE ARE BUGS IN CURRENT FORMAT)Split season winners should have only their record from that half of the year, and should appear immediately after that half, not at the end as not many of us can or want to remember who won it.
And in the current standings format only the one half winner appears at the end of the regular season, not the second half.
