The Mets, or NYN team, has seven minor league teams, while the Padres, or San Diego, only has five. The Mets do not have a rookie league team in St Lucie, only a Single A advanced team. Hope this helps

This is something that changes from year to year so there is no way to always get it 100% accurate, thanks for the info though.
