Cannot add/subtract minor league teams

I have decided to expand a league I'm doing from 16 to 20 teams. I am also wanting to create minor league teams for those new teams. I am currently in the pre-season. I have created the new major league teams, but I am unable to go into the "change structure of league" option as it is greyed out. I have a 2nd major league in my universe that doesn't have "change structure of league" in its minor leagues greyed out.

Is this some sort of bug or something already built in?

I saw the same thing and then I noticed that the minor league preseason starts a few days later than the majors. advance to the minors preseason and hopefully you can edit the league structure there as well. At least that worked for me!

We have a new rule that states that Tech Support threads wherein we have not received a response within 7 days will be closed.
