Why isn't AI using DL?

I noticed that one of Arizonas top players is OUT for 7-8 months with a back spasm problem that began on June 3. It is now June 16 and Arizona still has him on the 25 man roster. I can't think of any reason that the computer wouldn't put him on the disabled list.

Needs detail.

Patched or unpatched?

Roster set or fictional?

Screenshot?

I'm sorry. Patched...fictional (league started pre patch). Not sure how to post a screen shot.

If you cant get a screenshot posted, don't worry about it.

Rright click on your PC desktop, select new, then select new bitmap image. Save the file. It should be blank.

Next, with the game open, on the page you want me to look at, press print screen at the top right corner of the keyboard.

Next, right click the new bitmap image file on you desktop and choose edit. This will open the Paint program.

Click edit, click paste. Your screenshot should be pasted in Paint now.

Click save as, name the file SCREENSHOT, and save as file type PNG.

When you get that done, send me an IM for more directions. Be patient, as sometimes I ignore IM's for many hours.

Noticed another oddity. At All Star break (roughly 75+ games into the season), I noticed that an Arizona pitcher leads the NL with 25 games started (which is a ton). I checked and he is listed as a spot starter with 20% starting percentage. He has appeared in 39 games and pitched 90 innings. I looked at his game log and he often started games twice in three days, etc. Arizona has another pitcher who is #2 in the league leaders of games started with 21 which is also a lot.

My setup is modeled after real life MLB with 5 man rotations, normal starter endurance, etc.

Seems like something isn't being handled correctly with this one particular team when you consider the DL issue and the abundance of starts by these pitchers where they only last a couple of innings.

Another question is, does a newly started game with the new patch recreate the same issues? Just wondering.

Not sure...maybe I'll start another league and check it out.

If the injured Arizone players was a pitcher, this makes sense with how the AI is screwing up rotations if there's an injured player in the rotation. Happens to my minor league guys all the time...
Not sure there's a TT# to the problem yet or not.

Guys, I'm fairly certain that everything in this thread has been logged, and has been claimed fixed. I'm going to move this over to Claimed Fixed for now...

Thanks,

Steve
