Crash after releasing player

I am running the patched version.

I placed a player who was on my active roster on irrevocable waiver and designated him for assignment. When the time came to designate him, he refused to be demoted, so i released him. the game crashed when i tried to sim forward (a day, a week...). i was able to repeat the crash several times from the saved game.

eventually, i had to place him on my active roster and repeat the process - i traded him away while he was DFA and was able to sim forward. thnx

I apologize for the long delay in responding to this thread.

Have you seen this problem reoccur? Do you recall, what kind of league was this? Historical? Fictional?

Do you still have the saved game, by any chance?

Steve,

it was a fictional game, with all the leagues in play. unfortunately, I don't have the same game saved, but when i tried to recreate the situation again, it didn't crash. so far it just seems to have been a one-time thing with that saved game.

OK, thanks for getting back to us.

Unfortunately, we haven't been able to replicate this issue, nor have we heard from anyone else about this. With a new patch due out on Friday, I'm going to move this over to the Closed/Claimed Fixed forum. We can always reopen it later if it crops up again.
