Click League History causes crash

It's only when I click on my fictional major league and its just started happening a few years ago.

I can choose the other three league's history with no problem and can view the league champs. But now? It just crashes every time without fail.

This may sound mundane, but it should become a common practice to ask. Could you explain what you mean by crash? Do you get an error message? Does the game quit and fade away? Does it lock up? Does it 'appear' to lock up? Do you get the OOTP Must Close - Send/Don't Send message?
