SP throwing 8 inns 9 times out of 10

Ive only just noticed this as I have been engrossed in my own games and not other teams. It appears that the starting pitcher pitches far too many innings, i looked at a round of results and in 8 cases he threw 8 inns, the others threw 2 then got pulled because of too many hits. Relievers justy are not getting the chances.

Another pet hate I have with the menus is that once in the game you can't look at the v's pitcher, without going into every batter individually.

Keep up the good work!

I've recently noticed something that may be related to your issue.

While looking at several AI teams in my Major League, I have noticed that they only have a few relief pitchers - usually a mop-up pitcher, 2 relievers & a closer. All of the other relief roll boxes are empty!

I also recall that during my Fantasy Inaugural draft that very very few relief pitchers were drafted by the AI teams.

Don't overdo it. My 1870s pitchers are actually pitching the entire game, just as they should. I would suggest more variation rather than reducing every SP's endurance.

Clarification:

I think modern day pitching is being closely examined.

This ( pitch counts for modern era pitchers ) is now a major topic under examination.
