Hard to explain

Hey guys,

I started a historical league in 1948 with AAA,AA,A leagues along with an Israel fictional league with AAA,AA,A; Japanese league with AAA; and a cuban league. I'm playing in commissioner mode

My first season just ended and it is free agent signing period. Somehow, my minor league system for my Israel league has taken on a life of its own with an A ball team signing top free agents (i.e. Monte Irvin) and good players from other leagues with huge contracts and there aren't even financials for minor leagues. When I go to the major league Israel teams there aren't anymore minor league affiliate teams available. They disappeared almost as if they separated from the Israel baseball league to do their own thing. If there is some way to show you what I mean I have no problem sending files or anything. This is too weird for me to explain in a way that's understandable since I don't know anything about software PLEASE help me out with this. I'd rather fix it if possible than start over. Thanks.

It seems like 1948 was TRULY the year for Israeli independence!!!!!!!!!

LOL nice! I didn't even think about the coincidence of this! Hmmm...maybe Markus put in some kind of special code for the game to be more lifelike...

BBall,

I'm so sorry it took so long to get back to you on this.

I'm guessing that this was an issue during the league creation. If you create your minor leagues as separate fictional leagues, instead of using the "Add Minor Leagues" drop-down, then the leagues will not be affiliated properly, and they would indeed behave as you mentioned.

Well, it's been a long time since you ran into this issue. Have you seen this problem reoccur?

Thanks!

Steve

Thanks for getting back.

I haven't had it happen since. It was strange because I did the "add minor leagues" to start everything. Everything worked great until the end. Very weird. But, so far it hasn't happened again.

Alright, if it's OK with you, I'm going to close this out for now, since it happened one patch ago, with another patch due out soon.

Then, if you come across it again, we can just re-open this.

Hope that's OK. PM me if it isn't...

Thanks!
