CD not yet arrived?

I ordered the game download and CD with on the 13th June, but have yet to receive my CD. One thing that is concerning me is that on my confirmed order for both products my 'province' on the address for delivery was identified as 'other' despite it appearing properly as North Yorkshire on the preceeding screens

. If the CD does not arrive who/how can I contact somebody to get another one delivered?

Wonder if we're going to get an answer on this. It's now been more than 30 days and no shipment. Seems reasonable to ask for a refund of the CD portion of the order since the product hasn't been delivered.

I'd rather see a public customer service answer to this question. I see SI is offering a discount to late-comers. Meanwhile, loyal customers who ordered in advance or on the first day and paid extra for the mailed version are still waiting for the CD.

I'd like to get refunded for the CD portion as well. I asked this of Marc in another thread a while back but there was no reply.

Finally received on July 3. Ordered May 31. Very poor. One main reason that people would pay extra for CD version is if digital download is a problem (dial-up, etc.)

Why didn't this ship on release day?

The final CDs went out last Wednesday. The delay was partly E-License not telling us they required an image for the CD till very late ... and then us providing that image.

I'm sorry for the delays and hope that this will not spoil your long term enjoyment of the game.

By this I mean, you should either HAVE the CD in your hot little hands, or you should be working directly with Marc D to get the CD.
