Play By Play errors

I am running a patched version of the game.

I manage every game so I guess I run into more of these than some other people but I thought I would post so of my more recent ones. These happened in a 2 game span.

Situation: Play at the plate

tagging up at third is Melancon
Rutherforn throws home...
Melancon dives for the bag...
Melancon running...
will he beat the throw...
YES!
he is safe!

- Wow he dove and then he ran and was still safe

Situation - Losing 1-0 when batter drives home the tying run:

Alonso Yuragas ties thew game with a run-scoring single
That retires the side...
No Runs, one hit, no erros,
nobody left on...
nobody left on...
Kingsport scores the first run of this game.

Ok there are 3 errors there. (No Runs, 2 nodoby left ons, and a fake first run of the game)

Situation: Ground ball to SS

Frank Marchant knocks it down...
recovers...
...
the to Marchant who covers first base...
tough call on this one...
the ump signals safe....
Milaro Arueta was determined to get there...
score it a hit...

Well if I had to throw the ball to myself from SS to 1b my grandfather could leg it out, he wouldnt even have to be that determined.

Last one I promise

Situation: Trying to steal second

Tim Kinchen stretchess..
rocks...
wheels and delivers...
Fafes gets a big jump
he went on the inside corner to get strike one...
Fafes didn't get a good jump...

I'm confused. Fafes is rated 20/20 on steal/spead.

This last one happens alot actually in different forms.

I have screen shots of these but I am not good at making screenshots so they are just print screens in bitmap format that are 4 mb a piece but I can email them if someone wants them.

This one annoys the hell out of me... he either goes or he doesn't, it shouldn't be reporting that he's running and then you find out the announcer was just kidding.

I have dealt with problems 1, 2, and 4 by changing the database from which the text file is generated. You should see improvement the next time an updated XML file is released (next patch).

Problem 3 seems to be an issue with text that resides within the game code. I have put the information into TT.

Thanks for taking a look at them. Does it help when people post these or would you guys rather just work on your own?

I'm sorry for the awfully slow response to this thread.

Obviously, some time has passed since you posted this issue, and the 1.0.2 patch has since been released as well. Are you still seeing this issue? I believe these may be resolved.
