New pinch hitter bug, post 1.0.2

The AI pinch hit for his catcher in the seventh inning using the backup catcher as the pinch hitter, and the new catcher remained in the lineup for the remainder of the game with "PH" listed as his postion. The original catcher who had been pinch hit for, remained in the field as the catcher. I never saw this bug prior to 1.0.2.

This has been claimed fixed in the next patch, but has not yet been verified.
