Error in teams.csv dump

Hello,

Just to let you know, there is an error in the teams.csv dump in the background_color_id and text_color_id fields, due to improper use of quotes

for example:

"#ffffff;"#000000;0"

This causes a CSV parser to read #ffffff;#000000 as a single field

Quoting should be:

"#ffffff";"#000000";0
