Double Switch
How exactly do you go about making a double switch in this game? Here's what happened to me: In the top of the 8th inning in a NL park, my second place hitter ended the inning after I pinch hit for my pitcher, who was hitting in the nine hole. I intended to place the new pitcher in the leadoff spot where my LF currently was and inserting a better defensive LF in the nine hole so he could hit sooner. I first subbed the new LF for the PH in the nine hole and then changed pitchers, but when I went to put the P in the leadoff spot, he was automatically inserted in the nine spot and thus my defensive replacement in LF was automatically taken out of the game, so I lost a player without even using him. Do I have to first insert the P into the lineup and not into the pitching designation on the right side as I did? I think this may be something that needs to be fixed for upcoming versions.
In case my description is a little confusing, this is what my lineup looked like going into the bottom of the 8th (I'm the visiting team): 9 Thome PH 1 Ozuna LF 2 Iguchi 2B Iguchi ended the inning and I wanted to insert Mackowiak into the 9th spot to play LF and have my new P, Cotts, bat first, so: 9 Mackowiak LF 1 Cotts P 2 Iguchi 2B But, as soon as I put Cotts into the P designation on the right hand side of the screen, he was automatically inserted in the 9 hole, taking Mackowiak out of the game.

Solution in this thread for those interested (don't use pitcher's box):
