Logo banner for a news service

Hey all.

I'm looking for a banner style logo for a news service that a league that I'm casually a part of. The name of the NEws Service is the "On-Topic Baseball News", and the league is the OTBA. Was wondering if anyone would liek to take a crack at designing one for me?

I would shoot pepeda a pm about creating a banner for you. I would consider him the best banner maker on the site, and he generally responds to pm's. If you don't hear back from him, it might be best to post the specifications for the banner, and I'm sure someone will give it a shot.
