Check out Anto in year 2000. Yes he is listed as playing all positions for the Serra Banshees. After the end of the 2000 season, I imported this OOTP 2006 league into 2007 and that report was the result. As you can see, the following season does not have this issue.

This occurs in the taiwan quickstart league as well.

Only the first year is effected.
