Update for you Common Problems Thread

Hey battists,

Your first entry in the common problems thread needs to have an additional note on it:

"OOTPB Won't Start at All, or Error when starting game: "The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000005). Click on ok to terminate application."
1. In your Control Panel, open the System control panel applet.
2. Click the Advanced tab
3. Under Performance, click Settings.
4. Click the Data Execution Prevention tab.
5. Change the Data Execution Prevention ("DEP") setting to "turn on DEP for essential sevices only"
6. OK out of the control panel and try again.
7. If you are using Vista, right-click and select "Run as Administrator."

I hope I'm not restating something that has already been pointed out.
