3137 - Top Systems Report not ranking correctly?
Here's my Top Systems report. The team at the bottom actually has a player in the top 100, albeit the 99th best prospect. Even if the algorithm doesn't count prospects so low on the list (my guess), it should at least recognize that a team with a low-ranked prospect should be higher than a team(s) with 0 ranked prospects. Anyone else see this?

My guess is that the algorithm takes into account more players than just the top 100. So maybe Tacoma has top prospects #101, and 102, while Yakima has #99 and their next best prospect is #200.

That's a possibilty. If it is considering non-100 players (as it should), there should be some way of making the list still make sense, perhaps listing the non-100 players it's considering in addition to the ranked players.
