Average Media Contract bug

Problem in detail: It was suggested I increase the Average Media Contract (GAME--> GAME SETUP --> LEAGUE SETUP --RULES --> Average Media Contract) from "$5,000,000" because all of my leagues teams were going broke. I set this to "$25,000,000", then set MEDIA CONTRACT FIXED to 'Yes, same contract for every team'. This worked for all but two of the 30 teams in the league - those 2 teams had their Average Media Contract still set at "$5,000,000". This figure does not appear to be editable anywhere but in the area I described in the above menu path, which means this feature can't really be used currently.
Version: 2.0.0.37
PC/MAC: PC
What were you doing? Trying to increase the Average Media Contract across a league, and use the same contract for every team.
What happened? Details listed above.
Reproducible? Yes - also tried it in a newly created league.
Problem occurs with other leagues? Yes, 2/2 in leagues I have tested.

Another way to fix media contracts is to set the "years remaining in media contract" to zero. The game then goes to negative years remaining and doesn't change the original contract. I don't know if this is a bug or a feature.

Killebrew, did you try manually editing the media contracts for those two teams on their 'Ballparks and Options' pages?

This sounds like a bug I encountered for 2006. I was told at the time that it was unreproducible.
