Can't change team location

On a PC
the team home page, options and ballpark, I am trying to change the location (city). I type in the city, hit enter, the right city shows up. it does nto get saved. I have tried hitting enter again, clicking onto another field and hitting enter, acting as the team GM and doign both, but nothing seems to work.

ran into this too. you should be able to make them stick by typing in the city name in the City Search field, hit enter, then decide on the city & state name by choosing it from the Select Exact City drop-down menu, (even if it populates automatically), and hit enter. seemed to work for me.

pappy, thanks!

that works if the field was not already populated, (i.e. chicago (A)) but not if the game assigned a city. (carterville, MO for cincinnati)

Yup, just tested this. You have to make sure you hit enter, and change the team name in the first block: City/Name and select the exact city from the drop down at the bottom of that list: "Select Exact City".

there are two different spots so you could have teams like the Arizona Cardinals in the NFL, but they are located in Phoenix.

seemed to somehow work for me in either case...just blank out the city and hit enter, then go back and input the city, hit enter, re-choose the city/state from the drop-down menu, hit enter.

You shouldn't have to blank out the city first. It works by just typing in the new city.

Doing some combination of typing the city, selecting the drop down list, even if it is already right, and retyping the city in the first field gets it to stick.

Still takes a little effort of you don't want the Phoenix Diamondbacks, but I guess I can live with it.
