Another ballcap-related problem
I tried making a custom pattern for a team's cap, but when I loaded it in the game, it loaded as the literal red green and blue colors rather than replacing them with the cap colors selected. So I tried loading the default_ballcap_texture file, but that did the same thing. It is loading the RGB colors and not replacing them.

This is not a bug, but a feature. When you make a custom ballcap, i.e. you create a file named caps_teamname_nickname.png, or use the "Load" button on the team color dialog (which does the same), then this ballcap image will not be colored by the program! Only if you use the default ballcap instead of an extra file, it will be colored.
OOTP looks for a file, if it exists it will just be used. Only if it doesn't find a ballcap file, it will use the default picture and color it using the team's ballcap main and visor colors. |

Oh, I see. I thought it was supposed to replace the colors. Actually, this is fine and it's more useful the way it is, since there aren't too many cap design styles outside of the ordinary anyway.
